Expansive
Simple patchwork with basic elements of quilting is always a winner in my book. Simple two color fabric selections, or scrappy fabric choices both work beautifully in this block! And there’s no seams to nest if you make a quilt full of this block. — Bonus!
There are so many fun ways to put this block into a quilt top, I hope you like the layout ideas as much as I do! Making this block is straightforward and fun and the layout ideas have me excited to sew another project. This makes a great alternate block in quilt tops too, since the outside edge is minimally pieced.
