This week in the Modern Quilt Block Series we are sewing a simple Log Cabin block called Key Cabin. Even though it is simple it’s going to play a KEY role in future quilt designs.

With just a few seams to sew, this block sews up quickly! Don’t let its simplicity fool you though, this block has a ton of variations. Experiment with all the color combinations that you love and make the quilt you like best. Be sure to watch the video for all the fun quilt design options so far in the series.
I know this block is going to have lots of fun quilt designs with future block combinations. Alternating this block with nearly any other block is always a winner. Be sure to download your pattern today!
