This week in the Modern Quilt Block Series we are sewing up the Positive block. Adding positive energy to our sewing is never a bad idea, especially right now. Follow along as I continue designing and sharing a new block pattern each week!
Positive
First thing to note, is making this block is simple, there are no seams to match, or triangles to create. And the few small pieces included in the block are quickly sewn into a larger unit. After that, making this block is fun and not overcomplicated – I hope you will give it a try!
In the video I walk you through the simple construction of this block, and add my tips for dealing with small pieces. As usual I’ve included pressing instructions in the pattern to make sure you know all the next steps to keep moving forward with your project.
