Each week I will post a new video, with instruction to keep you moving forward in your project, and hopefully not overwhelm you. There are so many details that go into making a quilt, and I am doing my best to share my favorite methods and tips as we go in the videos.
In this video I walk you through the fabric selection process, reading a pattern, and pressing out those stubborn creases. I want to ease you into making a quilt, with all the details I can include. I don’t want anyone to get discouraged or lost along the way. Above all, success at the sewing machine is always the goal, and I’m happy to lead the way!
This quilt-along is perfect for beginner quilters, and more experienced quilters looking to sew up their fat quarter stash. Are you a fat quarter collector? If not, this is a great pattern for scraps too! Collect scraps from various projects and press them to be ready to cut with us next week.
