Chain-piecing is one of my favorite time saving tips for sewing your quilts! There’s a few reasons why you might want to chain-piece your next quilt it –
- saves thread
- saves time
- keeps your pieces stay in the order you sew them
- and consistently sewing the same pieces is great practice for a nice 1/4″ seam allowance
Chain-Piecing
You can chain-piece just about any block or quilt, however I suggest cutting an entire quilt, so that it’s ready to sew when you have a few minutes! In the video above, I’m sharing a few of my favorite tips to get you started and keep sewing on your projects.
