This week in the Modern Quilt Block Series we are sewing a partial star that I’ve dubbed, Star Zone. I love taking away elements in design and exploring the possibilities, and this block lets us do that!
Star Zone
In this block we are making flying geese units again. Don’t stress it though- I’m walking you through the process step-by-step in the video.
I have a feeling this block is going to end up being a part of lots of layout options in the future weeks. The points on two sides gives it a great position with some of the simpler blocks. I hope you enjoy the video and take a chance on the points if you haven’t yet!
